A little variety is always nice!
1) Pasta primavera with fresh veggies and chicken (I use probably half that amount of oil for the veggies and add a little butter to the pasta. We also like shredded parmesan on top)
2) Bun-less blue cheese burgers with sweet potato fries
3) Coconut Butternut Squash Soup and Roasted chicken (I cut the squash in half and roast at 400. Scoop it out and then add all cooked ingredients in food processor and blend just a little)
4) Zucchini & broccoli spaghetti (We just combine my meat sauce with cooked broccoli and zucchini instead of pasta. Very hearty and yummy!)
5) Steak & roasted bell peppers, onions & mushrooms
6) Garlic Lime Chicken Salad (yum, yum, yum!!! Having this for lunch today!)
