Healthy Dessert Alternatives


I know that my boys love something sweet after dinner.
Here's a couple of our favorites, still sweet but much healthier:

*sauteed apples with cinnamon
*sauteed bananas (yummy!)
*sliced strawberries with whipped cream

What do you and your families enjoy?

  3. Try toasted garbonzo beans with cinnamon! Drain, roast at about 350 for 30 minutes.
